RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy


At Quick-Equip LLC, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase our medical equipment, parts, and accessories. An important part of the purchase process is the return policy. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we do our best to work with our vendor network to ensure customers can return products with ease. 


 Reason for Returns


  1. An error on the part of Quick-Equip LLC.  Examples include defective products, incorrect products and/or quantity shipped.
  2. The product was not what the customer wanted or will not fulfill the customer's clinical needs.
  3. Customer dissatisfaction with our product.


We will fix any problem that was the fault of Quick-Equip LLC without any cost to the customer and as fast as we can. We pride ourselves on not having problems with our orders, but when they occur, we fix our mistakes.


*If a customer returns an unused product, its original packaging, purchased from our website www.quickequipus.com, for any other reason and it is within 30 days of the date of purchase, the following applies:


  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
  • There may be a restocking fee between 30% - 50%, depending on the product.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be received within 24hrs of placing the order. Once an order ships it is not eligible for cancellation.


  • All orders are processed through our CRM system immediately upon checkout. Accordingly, we are unable to cancel completed orders, and such merchandise may be returned in accordance with this Return Policy.


*Note: all transaction costs, original shipping charges, and return shipping costs, are non-refundable.  If you cancel an order after your credit card has been charged, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover 3rd party processing fees.


Non-Returnable Products

Some of our products by their very nature are not returnable. The general rule of thumb is that if we cannot resell the product, we cannot return it. All returns must have their original packaging. Products that are sealed cannot have the seals broken.


Non-returnable products include:


  • Products provided in a sealed package cannot be returned unless they are defective.


  • Special Order / Custom Items


Special Order/Custom Items

If we make an error with your order, we will fix it at no charge to you. If you make an error on the order, unfortunately, we cannot issue a full refund in order to recover our cost. Special order items will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee. There is the possibility your item cannot be returned. This is determined by the manufacturer and is out of our control.


Return Process


To qualify for a return, please note the following:


  • CONTACT US via email (preferably) info@quickequipus.com or phone (877) 989-1234 and our Customer Care Team will note all relevant information and provide instructions on the return. Once the item is qualified to be returned, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA #) and forward a return-shipping label via email—if return is our fault, no shipping charge; if return is customer’s fault, customer will be billed for shipping charges.  


  • If you picked up the product from one of our locations, you will be required to return the item to origin. 


  • In order to receive a refund for the full purchase price, non-defective items must be returned unused with the original packaging and materials intact. Please refer to our non-returnable product list to be sure your item is not excluded.


  • Shipping related damaged products must be unused, clean, and include the original packaging materials in order for us to submit a damage claim with the carrier at fault, and eventually issue a refund.



*Prior to issuing an RA #, we will require the following information:


  • The original purchase order number
  • The date of purchase
  • The date the product was received.
  • The number of parts to be returned
  • The action desired (return or exchange)
  • The reason for the return/exchange
  • The contact person's name, E-mail address, telephone number (and fax number, if available)



*Note: Orders for our products purchased at our 3rd party e-commerce stores (eBay, Dotmed, Bimedis) are subject to the Return Policy noted on those listings.


Receiving a Refund

Depending on your checkout method of payment, the amount of your approved refund will be processed via that same method of payment. 


About Product Recalls

When we're notified that an item has been recalled, we stop selling the item and notify customers who have purchased the item with the manufacturer's contact information and directions regarding the recall.
