Quick-Equip LLC streamlines our ordering process with a variety of dependable shipping options—carriers ranging from FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, to flat-rate white-glove ground freight and a variety of international import-export services. We select the best carrier to suit specific products and destinations. All our items are securely packaged, and we also offer added protection with palletized & crating services, ensuring a safe logistics experience.
Packing & handling turnaround times vary and are subject to change. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed; a significant delay will prompt our logistics team to contact you via email or telephone.
USED/TESTED items: 1-3 business days or less.
NEW/CUSTOM ORDER items: 7-10 business days or less
REFURBISHED items: 30 business days or less.
REPLACEMENT PARTS: same day shipping—subject to availability.
*Shipment Confirmation emails containing tracking info are sent to customers upon departure.
Change Shipping Method or Address
Customers requiring a change of shipping service or destination, after an order is processed, must submit an order cancellation request via email to info@quickequipus.com. Order cancellation requests must be received prior to shipment departure, to avoid delays.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated Delivery refers to the date range the product is estimated to arrive after you place an order. This includes the lead time and transit time and considers all factors to give you the date range in which your order is estimated to be delivered at your door.
Expedited shipping does not expedite the lead time, only shipping transit times. Please keep in mind lead time is not included in any expedited shipping options and cannot expedite how long it will take for the item to be prepared for shipment.
Oversized Items
Packaged items with dimensions exceeding 165 in/419 cm (length + girth) and/or total weight exceeding 150 lbs/68 kg are considered oversized. Oversized items can ship via air or ground freight—liftgate and inside delivery services are optional added charges.
Freight shipments are palletized and delivered to the sidewalk of ship-to address. Inside delivery—within ship-to address, unpacking, and disposing of packing material—is an optional service at an additional cost.
Inside-Delivery includes unloading, unpacking, disposing of packing material, and placement of your items in the location of your choice. Any required assembly, installation, or applications are optional, can be quoted upon request, and added upon checkout.
Inside-Delivery occurs on weekdays 9 am - 5 pm. Freight carriers will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Additional fees may be accessed if the delivery is requested outside of these standard delivery hours or if there are any delivery exceptions.
*Customers are responsible for ensuring that item(s) can be delivered to an accessible ship-to address without issue. Carriers are not authorized to remove obstacles or preexisting equipment. Certain carriers may require a ship-to address that is tractor-trailer accessible; customers will be notified of this in advance. If ship-to address cannot accommodate such a requirement, an optional box truck service will be quoted and added upon checkout.
International Shipping
International Ocean or Air Freight shipping is available to addresses outside the contiguous USA and is quoted upon request. Our Customer Care Team uses specialized 3rd party freight forwarders, and therefore we cannot calculate costs at checkout. Once customer information is submitted during checkout and order is placed, our team will respond with a rapid shipping quote. Customers can also CONTACT US with order information and await an export quote. Once the quote is approved, export charges will be added to the cart, enabling customers to complete their order.
*Export service options include but are not limited to: door-to-port, door-to-door, LCL, FCL. Our Customer Care Team handles every aspect of the exportation process. Once shipment arrives at the destination port, customers are responsible for import brokerage, all applicable customs duties & taxes, demurrage, drayage and/or inland transit.
*Failure to comply with destination import regulations can result in item(s) being returned to origin. In such a case, all shipping costs + a restock fee (30%-50%) are assessed and deducted from the pending refund.

Customers can CONTACT US to use a billable shipping account number and ship-to address is within the contiguous USA, and we will be happy to facilitate your request.
Shipping Damage
All our items ship with insurance. Quick-Equip LLC cannot be held liable for any property damage caused by third-party shipping carriers during transit and/or delivery. Customers are required to submit all claims to the insurance carrier, which will be provided by our Customer Care Team.
